At RMTKA, we strive to ensure that your musical experience is ideal. Due to the nature of our products (musical instruments and skill-development tools), we have established a policy that prioritizes your safety and satisfaction

1. Timeframe:

  • The customer has the right to request a refund or replacement of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item.
  • If the customer wishes to return the product without a specific reason (change of mind), the request will be accepted within 3 days only, provided that the item meets the original condition requirements.

2. Original Condition Requirements:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and completely unused.
  • All accessories, manuals, and any included gifts (if applicable) must be returned.

3. Exceptions (Very Important):
For public health and hygiene reasons, and due to the nature of use of musical instruments, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect:

  • Wind instruments (such as flutes, harmonicas, therapeutic whistles) and any instrument that comes into contact with the mouth.
  • Earphones or any items that come into direct contact with the body.
  • Books and digital educational programs (once downloaded or after the packaging seal has been opened).

4. In Case of Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage:

  • Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) and provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage.
  • In such cases, RMTKA will cover the return and exchange shipping costs.

5. Refund Process:

  • Returned products will be inspected by our technical team to verify their condition.
  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (excluding original shipping fees in cases of non-defective returns).
